Role Details Role Type: Full-time & in-office Head Office Location: 158 Jan Smuts Avenue, Rosebank Fuel allowance Phone allowance Salary: experience related (junior role) What you’ll be doing Typical responsibilities include: Driving to properties to take professional building photos and capture vacancy information Uploading listings, managing property adverts, and ensuring online presence is accurate and timely Capturing and maintaining accurate data on the CRM and database Canvassing companies in designated areas (phone outreach and research) Supporting follow-ups with landlords and tenants Assisting with relationship touchpoints (deal follow-ups, periodic check-ins, gift drops, etc.) Managing selected scheduling and coordination tasks Contributing to overall broker momentum by ensuring nothing operationally falls through the cracks Depending on allocation, you will either work closely with a Sales Director or serve a pod of high-performing brokers.
